San Diego MBCA Rally - April 14th (Mission Valley to El Cajon)
The April Rally we are planning is an easy rally that should be fun and interesting for both people new to rallying and the "old timers". The rally will be an observation rally. This means that there will be no tricky instructions, no mileage, or time to calculate. You will be provided instructions that include the street name for each turn, the direction of the turn, and the approximate mileage of that turn from the start of the rally.
In an observation rally, you will have to answer questions along the route with smoe tie-breaker questions at the end. The rally starts in Mission Valley. The route will take you to the Mission Trails Visitors Center. Please plan on spending some time in the Center, as there probably will be some questions asked about the Center.
Date: Saturday April 14

It's just that the Rally Chairman sets the rules,
and one of the rules is that you have to drive a Benz to win,
but not necessarily to participate.
I've never done one of these before, so I don't even know what it takes to win. It's not a race, it's more like a scavenger hunt, but not with items, but rather pieces of information.
