SoCal MB meet PLANNING thread - (May 12 or 19)
time to begin planning for the next BIG Mercedes-Benz SoCal Meet....
Looking at either May 12 or May 19
and venue can either be our usual spot at LOT K of the ROSE BOWL (Pasadena)
or another central SoCal location with capacity to hold 150+ MB's
without Po-Po intervention.
If you would like to help plan, please post here. Looking for:
We will start a NEW thread, once all the exact details are finalized.
So don't start a list of attendees just yet.

- DJ with own power
- MB Tuner sponsors (Renntech, Brabus, Kleemann, HoP, Carlsson, AMG, evosport, etc...)
- Donations for raffle prizes
- Other sponsors (car care products, sound systems, wheels/tires, etc...)
- Logistics Supervisor (banners, canopies/tents, permits)
- Parking Supervisor / Arrangement
- Professional photographers
- Promotion Supervisor (magazines, photoshoot, donations)
- Liaison with local MB Dealerships, MBCA Sections, MB Classic Center, & other MB clubs (190SL, Unimog, M-100, etc...)

I have been trying to reach Carlos the past few months to help plan a more elaborate 2 day event either June 1st & 2nd or 2nd & 3rd. Hopefully I will hear from him soon. There will be a save the date posting coming out next week looking for final feedback and additional details. It will be worth the drive from NoCal and Arizona........
