Sounds like fun,but Fontana on street day is WAY too crowded.

PSCA test and tune Fridays are the best days to go.Usually the Friday before any PSCA race.

Have fun guys!

J is right, it's crowded. Still fun though. Maybe 4 runs all day. But a bunch of gear heads to b/s with in between runs. It's all good.

You need a helmet if your car runs faster than 13.99. Also, you cannot have a passenger if your car runs faster than 13.99. So if you want to bring your son, he will have to watch from the sidelines. Sorry.

Hey thanks for the info about the helmut. I will bring one. I was also wondering if you guys were caravaning or meeting at a spot. I am leaning on going most likley early and leave mid-afternoon. Please let me know. I am in West SFV.

We’ll definitely put together a caravan. Open to suggestions (juicee63?). You mentioned you will leave early, by mid afternoon? I assume you mean the day before. You have to be there at 6am on 6/30 (at the latest) if you want to race… Also, anyone that is going, we need to make sure we have a canopy (sun shade) and bring some chairs. It’s gonna be hot on Saturday.

Well actually I meant leaving mid-afternoon ( the 30th) maybe 3pm to go back home. I thought the track opens at 7:00am. I thought to get there a little before that. It's probably no more that and hours drive. If I left at 5:30am I should be O.K. right? Anyway let me know.

Got it. There is a maximum of 400 cars and it fills up quick. The gates open at 6am and I would not get there much later than that.

When are you guys thinking of leaving? The day before. And spend a night in a hotel. Let me know if you are still caravaning.

I plan on leaving my house about 5:15 and arriving around 5:50. I would still like to caravan but have not heard from anyone else. If we don’t caravan, we can meet up there. It will be easy to find one another, as there won’t be many other MBs there.

Trap times

Well, we had fun.

It was just very hot. gE63 and I were there. We had a good time. However I think we were just a little disappointed with our times. I am not sure if there is an altitude adjustment. See my attached time. I was hoping for real low 13s maybe break in 12s. (maybe I was asking to much) My best was 13.96 @102.55 mph. Anyway you experts that are getting 11s have any sugestions or comments? (besides get a new car)

2 times; the first was 14.052

Juicee63 explains it pretty good in the other thread. So I guess I don't feel so bad.
