1st Annual East Coast Fishing Charter
It's on.
The first annual MB-World and friends ocean fishing charter expedition is now forming.
Please read carefully:
Boat will be full service - Rods, reels, bait, captain, and mate (mate helps you with your gear, baiting your hook, helping you bring the fish on the boat, and cleaning your fish).
Cost: Depends on the exact number of people. Assume $70 per person. Rate sheet to be in line with www.captdave.net Could be less depending upon total count. I have chartered this boat 2 times before for groups of 15-25 people, so that is a guideline. (any other suggestions are welcome)
Where is it??: Private charter that we arrange, from Central NJ coast ( I have several options, but use the aforementioned link as guide)
When? I will post a schedule based on boat size needed and we vote. I need some logistical help here. We aim to launch before memorial day to beat the tourist crowds, preferably on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon or evening. The trip duration is usually 5 hours.
Food: We usually pool funds and buy very long subs for everyone. However, you may have special needs, such as veg-only food. this sort of thing can be worked out.
Drinks: No glass is allowed, but beer cans and plastic containers are encouraged.

Alright boys. Stop putzing around. Its takes sometime to book a trip like this (even with the hookers). RB needs some help with dates. Otherwise the meet will be on the dock with one fishing pole and some worms.

Since Chucky's back, I guess it's safe for me as well.
I voted for May 3. I could probably switch duties for the AidsWalk so that I could make the 17th (not the day of the walk the next day, though - besides, it's my b-day!).
Sounds like a cool event. Hopefully, I'd land something other than a sea robin for a change.

I can only come on a Sunday as I have baseball all day on Saturdays. I'm no good for the 18th as I already have a fishing trip planned that day with my Scouts.

I'd love to go if this was a sunday as well. My dad loves fishing and it would be sort of a good father's day present if we could go. I've voted for sundays but can my vote count for two since technically it me and my father that are planning on going but he can only do a sunday?

I know all you guys can't wait to meet Benz-O-Rama....the man, the myth, the legend.
Maybe I'll grace you guys with my presence. Really, the only reason I'd go is to see what kind of shirt Chucky's gonna wear. I'm guessing 2 Izods with inner collar popped.
