SoCal GTG, anyone interested?
Would anyone be interested in a SoCal GTG the end of August. Maybe the weekend of 21-22 or 28-29. The hollywood park love mercedes tour event is aug 14-15 so i figured maybe the weekend after. If we get a pretty good response we can figure out where to meet up. If anyone has any ideas throw them out there. Be nice to get an MB meet together before the end of the summer.

yeah the love mercedes event would be cool. depends on what day people are going. im registered for the 14th 10am - noon.
or the we can do it the weekend of the 28th. any ideas on locations if we dont do it at the love mercedes tour event.

Citron, maybe set up a vote to decide on the 21-22 weekend or the 28-29 weekend. which ever we can get more people to go the better.
my vote is likely the 28-29 weekend, but i can work 21-22 too. depends on the situation.

SoCal GTG Location scouting
Mr FrankW, everyone:
Is there any location that would have covered parking???
Last time we had a large meet (Rosebowl), though we had a nice turn out of owners, the heat was probably one of the causes why members could/would not stay long...
Are there any other options closer??... if we are looking for large parking lots... then what about the Rosebowl as it was done last time... good mid point for everyone
