Hey guys! My name is Ruben. I don't own a Benz, I am a VW owner, but we have a good little GTG every Friday night for European cars, and right now we have a good showing of VW's and BMW's and we would love to see some of you Mercedes guys come out! Maybe we can get some of you in our little car club! (EuropeanAG) Here is the information on the meet and some pics from out last Friday meet:

We had a good turnout tonight. We had more VW’s and less BMW’s. I wanted to have a little more people out but I think tonight wasn’t the best night for everyone. But nevertheless, we had a great turnout. Hopefully we can get more of everyone out there next week! I will work hard this week to round up some people. Here are the pics and the link to the album……

I have been talking to people about our little GTG’s and every Friday does seem like a bit much. We would have much better turnouts at the GTG’s if they were once a month like everyone else’s. So we are going to shoot for this Friday, the third Friday of the month, to be the first “official” GTG. We will shoot for every third Friday of the month for our GTG’s. This does not mean that the in between weeks we will not be doing anything else. I am going to work to try to get us to do something once a week. Maybe on a Saturday we all go out on a cruise or we go out on a bbq or maybe have a detail day. And then on a Friday maybe all of us go to the Riverwalk to or some food place or something. As long as we are staying active and we are getting to know the people in the San Antonio Euro scene. That is what it is all about. So below I am listing the revised GTG information and then make sure and throw many and comments or suggestions on things that you might want to see done one weekend and we will try to get everyone’s ideas to come together. Also, I am still keeping my eye out for somewhere that might be a better location. Somewhere that is maybe a restaurant type place where peeps can go inside and eat if they want and just go back out to the parking lot for the GTG. If you have any ideas, then let me know and I will talk to the management there and see what we can work out. Thanks everyone!

Hey guys, it was a great GTG tonight! We had a huge showing. We had a bunch of the Mini guys show up and BMW’s were representing too. We had a good amount of VW’s as well but no Audi’s!! We need to work on getting some Audi’s out there guys! Well next month will be better and bigger. We had a little cruise afterwards to Chacho’s and we all ate some great Mexican food! Haha. Hope to see you guys out even stronger next month!

Should be good because the weather is supposed to be great. Hey guys, I couldn’t make it out to the meet, I was out of town on business, but there was a really good turnout. We had a Ferrari show up, an MKV Jetta, and some nice Mini’s and Bimmers. I wish I could have been there. I will be there next time. The designated camera guy got some of the pics pretty blurry. It was his first time so what do you expect. Ok guys, this is the big weekend! We are going to be having a last minute mod and detail day on Saturday to get everything together and ready for the show on Sunday. We want to stress that everyone needs to be there if at all possible! This is our big debut and we need to make our presence felt. It is going to be a fun and exciting event as there will be European car lovers from all over Texas coming to this show. Saturday night there will be a big pre-show party at Kelly's house and everyone is invited. Hey guys, we had a great showing at the H2O show, rolled in about 17 cars deep and it sure did put us on the map. We are very excited and got some big things planned for this month. Well guys, it was a good night with a lot of new faces. Dale and some other H2O members showed up and we had an all around good time. Like I said, there was quite a few new faces and it was good to meet everyone. I am sorry for those of you all I wanted to talk to more but I was busy running around taking pictures and everything. We had a good time and afterwards when we went to Cha Cho's we had a really good time as well. Hope to see you all next month with even more cars and even more fun. BBQ was fun! Thanks to all the guys who had a chance to make it out. To those who didn't get to make it, maybe you all can make the next one. Tehre was no shortage of food. Scott had his filling thats for sure. We had a new member, Juan, come out with his 325i from Germany. It was hot but the drinks and wind kept it bearable. All together it was a successful day. Great turnout guys! I am glad we got so many new faces. Every week we have so many new faces and then the next month it is all new faces and they other's dont show. So let's make it so everyone shows up every month and jsut keep adding to the numbers! Haha. It was nice meeting everyone. We finally got some Mercedes love with the big body! We also loved to see that perfect condition M6. Man that thing was nice. Other notable cars were David's R32 with the great sound system. And the white Mercedes AMG was sweet! I had no idea you guys were doing this stuff in SA. Damn, I live in freakin La Cantera, spitting distance from where you guys normally meet. What really sucks is that I'm going to Houston over the same weekend as y'alls next monthly meeting, which I would love to attend. I NEVER get to go to get togethers of any kind because either they're never in my area (I used to live in Midland, TX) or I'm out of town on the days they are held. This sucks, I will for sure be at the next one in Sept. Let me know if you guys get anything going before then. I would so be down for a detail day, I love to detail.
