My salesperson just emailed this to me last night and thought I'd share. This is "hot off the press" as they just released to the dealer yesterday 11/13!
I do not like the Edition1's option and is waiting for this Option guide (include pricing) to order one to my liking.
It seems like the Black Radiator Grill is delayed (thus I don't see any US Edition1 has it unlike some European unit).
Just scanned thru this. Pretty big bummer that G580 does not get all the interior color schemes as ICE version. We were specifically waiting to not only get better exterior color options and night package plus, but also an interior option with a non-black headliner (e.g. Macchiato Beige / Magma Grey with Beige headliner).

The Moonlight White Metallic one I was considering has the black grill, which I actually think is a bit much on lighter colors. Blends in better on blue or black, but anywho:

I doubt that one has the light up black grill. That appears to be a stock photo not a photo of actual vehicle.
Check out this listing which has exact same price on the window sticker picture. The photos our the actual vehicle and it does not have the light grill.
Yeah, I've never seen a US spec G580 with the glowing grill. And my sales person told me they are delayed to probably 2025 March/April production time at the moment. Not sure why's that? Maybe due to some US front crash regulations?
Also, do anyone knows if there's a "color" thread for the G (some other forums do)? I still couldn't decide on the color. I know I want anything but black/silver/white. Leaning more towards some shades of blue (always have a blue car), China, South Sea metallic, Brilliant, or Midnight. Thinking the last 2 color, Brilliant and Midnight, might blended well with the black glowing grill. On the other hand, I do like bright color tho.

I just hope there's a way to put a spare tire on the back as I still don't see that option in the doc you posted. I might have to wait to make sure that's even possible. It's useless to me as an off-road vehicle without one. No way I'm getting stranded in the middle of nowhere because of some stoopid executive decision.
Anyways, the dealer I bought my Emerald Green EQE 500 SUV from has a Moonlight White electric G on the showroom floor right now. Maybe he'll have pity on me as a repeat customer and give me a decent trade-in value. Actual pic:

There are a couple threads here on how hard it is to touch-up minor scratches on Magno/matte and how impossible it is to match when repainting. Since I actually intend to take my G off-road, I'm limiting my choices to colors with a clear coat. A brush guard would be nice too but I guess that's just too much to hope for. I'd settle for just a spare tire.

There are tons of videos of the blue on the "edition 1". I have mine coming this week, can take some for you as well. Others will be harder to come by - maybe search dealer inventories for prior year models if those colors were available on the G550/G63.
