Oh okay that's perfect! I might try and source mood lighting from eBay and then wire it up from the glove box as well, at night it just gets stupidly dark and you can't even see the door handles.
Btw, did you figure out what you were going to do for the Center dash? I bought the wood trims and the climate control, still have to source the hazard panel from a W463 and have to figure out which android unit I will settle for.

The right hazard panel should be the code A4639050000 but new one is quite pricey and used is rare to find.
So I had the idea to use the A2038700251 which is only missing the rear wiper switches and solve this problem installing the ML Class rear wiper switch (such as 1638200310) in the third empty space of the center console (the one for Heater booster system present only on vehicles fitted with a diesel engine).

I purchased W203 wood trim, it has different brackets on the top, ill see if I can make it work.
Yes, the w463 hazard panel a rare and pricy... i found one in Germany a while back and grabbed it right away.

Which trim did you buy? W463 one or W203 one?

WOW!!!! Those seats look fantastic......Getting close man......can't wait to see the final product. You've done an amazing job on this build. Best of luck in the "home stretch".

Thank you
It all depends.
I provided the leather to the upholstery guy, he charged me only labor.
I dont recall how much, I have not paid him yet, still waiting for the dash to be completed.... I want to say it was approximately $2,500 for just labor on the seats.

Figuring out the mirror was a bit challenging. First I had to figure out which wires do what.
Then its just wiring those wires to the correct power source (turn signal, puddle light, blind spot). Im not going to bother with the folding option.
Then there is the plug, which just plugs in to the plug that comes with the car. I think it mostly does the work of moving the mirror around.
DRL in the headlight surround... I purchased DRL module on Ebay and wired it to the power source that I found in the fuse box, that comes on with a turn of the ignition. The rest was pretty simple. The DRL module comes with some simple instructions as well.

I see you got the wood off the dash grab handle. I'm redoing my interior wood trim in carbon fiber and I've been trying to find how to remove that wood panel. could you let me know how you did it and did you have to remove the handle first? Also, your seats look outstanding, the stitching and color are amazing, something I may have to do my car later!

The wood on the grab handle actually just comes out. You might have to use some plastic prying tools to wiggle it out, but it is just pushed in to 2 holes with some glue in them.
