Current wait times on g550 & g63

G 63 demand still well in excess of supply in most major markets.
Mercedes can only build so many G wagens, they aren't losing any sales. Everything being built has a home.

Ask your dealership what number are you on their list. They can tell you where you are on their allocation list. I was #11 when I ordered it in Feb '21. As of 8/2/21 I am #4. Go figure. I will check in with them again in September. Good luck. Let me know what you find out.

I waited more than 3 years for my 2019, and it was worth it!

“In an unexpected move, Mercedes-Benz has told its dealers that a significant number of V8-engined models will not be offered stateside for the upcoming 2022 model year, publishing a long list of vehicles that won't be offered in eight-cylinder form. The automaker has cited unspecific supply chain issues for the reason, though the specifics remain murky at the moment, given the fact that plenty of other powerful engines, including ones offered in AMG-badged cars, will remain on the menu for the 2022 model year.
The toll is pretty significant, with Mercedes telling its dealers not to expect the Mercedes-AMG C63 S Coupe, C63 S Cabriolet, GLC63 S Coupe, GLC63 SUV, GLC63 S SUV, E63 S sedan and wagon, as well as the Mercedes-AMG GT 63 and 63 S twins.”

I was #4 in Sept and in Oct I was #6. The sales person told me the sales guy that told me I was #4 was wrong. I think there’s some shady stuff going on.
