My 2019 G550 Build!!!

Been a browser of the forum for quite some time and I love everything that you guys post and what Ive been seeing. I took delivery of my 2019 G back in July and its been sitting at our shop since getting modified here and there. I will try to post the progress as much as possible..

My build is Brilliant Blue with blue interior & zen grey/white wood. I have every option that was avail except for the rear TVs which was pointless in my case. I believe I was the first on the East coast to take delivery of one that was built to have the blue on both the interior and exterior (at least thats what was told to me)

So far some of the things Ive done:

- 24" Forgiato Flow wheels
- G63 Front bumper and fender conversion/facelift
- Custom 1 of 1 steering wheel
- Brabus Front Roof LED light spoiler
- Brabus spare wheel cover
- Tinted all windows and sunroof
- Blacked out/Painted tail lights, front & side turn markers
- Exoshield on windshield
- BlackVue DR900s camera

There is more but I will update as it is installed or completed

What is the rectangular area on the top center of the steering wheel and what appears to be "screens" on each side? Good looking rig. Keep the pics coming as you progress.

Its an LCD screen and there are also turn signals that act as a rev/speed display. the LCD screens shows the Benz logo at startup and also live RPM, speed, etc

that is cool (like the M performance steering wheels). Question - can you dim it or turn it off? Feels like it might blind the driver at night, no?

Congrats. And mods look great. Few questions on the steering wheel. Did you order the carbon, alcentera and modify it? Also, did you order the heated steering wheel option? And did the modification of the wheel result in losing the heated function?

Lastly, anyone know how to enable the heated wheel? I ordered it and haven't figured it out. And no, I have not looked in the manual.

PS: Glad to see the teddy bear strapped in the passenger seat.

Everything looks good, but why use **** rubber on such an incredible car? Good tires can save your life.

What happened to the OP? Certainly an interesting build! I have the same wood trim in mine, polar white exterior with black interior.

Yeah, I would like to see how the rest of the build turned out. The steering wheel is nice but not for me...I will stick with the Zen Wood/Leather one that is coming on mine, which does not come with heat but I have no use for it.
