Is this a real G63?
I just saw this one on YouTube. It looks like a G63 but it doesn’t have a quad exhaust (maybe it has but not visible). I’m really confused.

This one is also similar. It doesn’t have dual exhaust tips for both sides, it only has in the driver’s side. Aren’t dual tips for both sides standard for G63?

In some market, G63 exhaust only came with one side. I believe Japan is one of them.

It is because for many countries, the law does not permit side exhausts.

I know in my country, China, the Mercedes officially won’t give the quad exhaust for G63. The visible exhaust is only on the driver side. I heard an explanation is it can help to be keep polite for the pedestrian who walk through the passenger side.

very interesting. although not having the tips still doesnt help with the sound that much i think since the mufflers are still on the side. unless they route the exhaust pipes all the way to the back some how.

Those are the stock/default G63 wheels, which are available here in the US as well.

1. The interior plus package with diamond stitch is not an optional package in China unless you are lucky to get the 'first edition' or 'stronger than time edition'. (though you can do the aftermarket upgrade with less cost).
2. The second-row seat has the option to add the ventilation option in China. The US model cannot.
3. One G63 cost in China (MSRP with crazy mark up) = Two and a half G63 cost in the U.S
