Cluster upgrade issue
Hello I’ve upgraded my 2004 W463 instrument cluster to the 2008 G55 with a new cluster. I installed the kombi controller suggested by others to enable the mileage to work. This works now but still can’t get the fuel guage to read. It is getting a signal because it still works fine with the old cluster so need to know what steps to take for the new cluster to recognize it. Mercedes tech is at a loss. Any help is appreciated.

No problem, I am getting ready to visit them. I have an 05 I did the 2011 center console update with Comand and cluster. All are in, they just need to be programmed which they will do.
If you know anyone that needs a 2011 Cluster, I have an extra one but it is in Kilometers

Awesome! Yes I did the same center console update and everything. Suede headliner diamond pattern seats. Let me know how it goes I will pay them to tell me how to get the gas gauge to work. I have some of the programmers at my shop but I am not familiar with how to use them.
