It's been a long time since I sold my C63 back in 2013, which was the last first and the previous AMG I owned. I had excellent experiences with my ownership, and AMG always has a special spot in my heart. However, I stuck with different life situations that force me away from the car community. After many years of hard saving, I luckily know a friend who can help out with my car search. I've been lurking for an SUV after many years driving my old work car. My friend asked me what car I'm buying next to choose since you know we are all stuck and can't go anywhere due to the COVID thing. I said I would love to own a G63 (I have been interested in the new design after the 2019 update). However, I understand it's super hard to even get my hand on one with MSRP, even with the used market. I was surprised that my friend did me a big favor that I couldn't reject. I have a deposit and order at the end of August and finally received the car after three months. It was MSRP and one of the first 2021 cars in town. I am still speechless and unbelieve in what's just happened, and it's definitely a Christmas come early for me.
Again, I finally back into an AMG car, and this is pretty much the most superior car I ever had >. Never own anything over 60k before, and this is a lifetime experience for me. I am happy that all my hard works been paid off. It's a designo grey metallic car with red interior. Planning to do some Xpel and tint for the moment, but I would definitely do some light mods in the future.
Here are some pics (the white one is my friend's G63)
