bi-xenon on the g55 (US)
since the US version can't come with it but the euro you can....is it better to order and probably pay much more to get the euro benz xenon kit and have the dealer install it? or get a full aftermarket xenon kit?

i have a set in mine and we cant get the high beams to work. Im not sure if it the kit or the car. dealer says kit, kit company says car, and my electrical guy says its the car as well. Low beams work fine.

..........I have bi-xenons in my car and the hi and low beams work. It bi-xenons were purchased from art tuning and installed by Donnie at MBS motors in Duluth, GA. Donnie formally worked for MBautowerks and is probably certified by the pope as a mercedes benz god. We initially had problems with the high beams, but he fixed it. So if you really want bi-xenons that are guranteed to work, import them from art tuning in germany and ship your car to Donnie in Duluth, GA.

Im 98% its my car. it keep tripping the code for a faulty front sam. also when you put the meter on the light it goes 0 12 0 12 which mean its cutting the power on and off to the passanger side lights.
After i have the computer set to Bi Xenon the drives side worked perfect.

............that seems to be the problem I had before it was fixed. The low beams worked fine, but when you put it on high beams, it will flash on and off, on and off. The solution as I understand it was to put the correct resistor in series. Donnie is a nice guy. Feel free to call him at MBS motors in Duluth, GA.

..........Sorry, I thought I posted earlier.........these parts were ordered from art tuning in germany and installed in the united states. Some of the parts such as the red leather shift knob were totally custom made by local shops. Typically, I will draw what I want, order the leather and shop around for a shop that can do the work.
