Brake size differences between 2003 and 2004-up G55's

Hi,

Anyone know the brake size differences (front/rear) between the 2003 and 2004-up (350hp / 476hp) G55's? The supercharged ones look bigger, but specs are nowhere to be found...

Anyone know?

Thx.

The older G55 (pre-Kompressor) had the same brakes as the G500, but with the introduction of the supercharged models new AMG brakes were introduced which are larger, especially in the front. That's why the G55 Kompressor cannot accommodate wheels smaller than 18".

Do you happen to know the sizes in mm or inch of both?

Can a 2003 G500 265/60-18 ET48 oem wheel fit a 2014 G63 ?

I would like to use my winter wheels/tires on my new G.

Yes, the 19" works fine.

I bought these. http://www.ebay.com/itm/19-Wheels-Fo...RVEaCc&vxp=mtr

2nd season --- no complaints.

For the G63 right? They will 100% not fit.

The brakes are too large for the 18's. I had the 18's from a G550 and had to purchase the 19's for winter.
