I'm sure they do, as I alluded to on a thread referring to Robert Lutz, Vice Chairman of General Motors, who regularly posts on selected "blogs". That's not not to say that the CEO of DaimlerChrysler is a member of MBWorld.com, but believe me, they view this and other pertinent sites. Wouldn't it be funny if Lexani.....

I doubt it. They probably monitor the more prominent MB forums.

Over the past 3 years, I have yet to hear or see a rep of MBUSA make their presence known on any of the boards, so I'd like to know what the basis of the "yes" is. Over at the Mercedes Benz Owners of America site, there are MBUSA employees as members and the same rumours that the site is "monitored."

The single time that MBUSA or DCX's presence was noted was on the old Benzsport site, when their "suits" raised the issue of copywriight and trademark violations.

My answer is based on a question I asked at a function a couple years ago. For the record, I am not an employee of Mercedes-Benz, nor any automotive supplier, sales, or service organization for parts or repair.

I'm just a guy who really likes cars

I cannot answer why MBUSA or MBUSI would want to or not want to make their presence known on this or any other forum. FWIW, I recall seeing posts from a guy in the M-Class forum that evidently worked at MBUSI...not sure if he's still around or not.
