Pictures captured in front of Keyes Mercedes (Vanuys, CA). They totally messed up my car when they fixed the roof of my SL500 last year.

Well, Keyes European, I used to take my cars there for services, but long before they moved to their newer and more modern location. It's there the service manager lost my mother's 560SEL manual. Hell, he lost the whole package that contained the owner manaul and the service manual. I thought they were supposed to sign and stamp the book and put it back in the car. After that, I took the cars to Beverly Hills and they took better care of the customers than Keyes. Now I moved to IN and the dealer here is stuck.

I showed the pictures to my friend and he raised a point. Shouldn't this car still be under warrantee? If so, dealer is obligated to get it fixed or replace it.

If it's gotten to the point where he's got the car spiffed up like that in front of the dealership, a lawyer would really seem to be the best answer like others posted.

I know, Keyes is in CA and CA has a lemon law, if they cannot fix it, they should replace it. And yes, a lawyer would probably use that to compensate the loss of this poor owner.
