How fast have you taken your Benz?

How fast have you taken your Benz?
I've always been curious as to what the average Benz enthusiast considers fast. What's your highest top speed? How long did it take to get there? What mods do you have on your car (if any)? Which Car? and of course, what is your average cruising speed (on a freeway in light to moderate traffic)?
Also interested in knowing whether @ any time you felt your car was starting to get a little "unstable" on your way to the top?
Let me start:
Fastest I've ever gone in a Benz? >210 (I stopped paying attention and started concentrating very much on the road)
Nitrous injected SLR somewhere in .eu (all I'm saying.. **chuckle**)
Started to feel a bit shakey around 200-ish (but then again, maybe it was me.. It's not every day someone crushes 200).
How long did it take to get there? (don't know.. but it was fast)
My Avg. Cruising speed on the freeway in light traffic ~70-80-ish
oh.. and radio was playing "Life in the Fastlane".. lol.

I've done 125 on my 2011 e350, easy to get up to that speed, and also stable.
on my s400 I've only gotten up to 100, both cars are stock.
and in my dads c63 black series I've done 180, the highway limit is at 55, but you are allowed to go 60.

Too new to push the limits, but I cant wait for that day
On another note, doesn't the E350 top out at around 130mph due to some sort of governor?
Along those lines, are there options or "chips" that can override the 130mph max?

My stock E550 (w amg pkg) jumped up to approx 130 once while I was tailing a CLS 63 AMG on the interstate. Didn't know the other driver, but after we had been riding with eachother for about two hours they seemed to want to see if I could keep up.
They weren't trying to race or anything, so it wasn't a true test of the cars (i obviously would have lost had it been a real showdown) but for what they threw at me, I stayed with them the entire time.

Highest I did was 235kmh (146mph) which is as fast as my old W202 C280 would go.
Did it only once, for about 30 seconds, after which I had to make way for an RS6 which seemed to be going at about 300kmh (186mph). Living near the border to Germany is fun.

lol i baby my car so much - we hardly go over 70, and I typically enjoy cruising down the interstate at about 65mph, but with the speed limits here just being raised to 75mph people are typically going 85, and whats another 15 or so mph? haha! ...i may have to test out your theory @smo0othride. though idk ... i guess i just like taking in the scenery. :P

admittedly, i drive like an 85-years-old-church-going-lady and the fastest i pushed my car....maybe....82 mph max! on my specialized road bike; however, the adrenaline junkie comes out!
