Anyone interested in buying the running boards?
Got the idea from Mbglguy, i am in the process of getting the running boards for the gl450 from a canadian dealership for myself and if anyone else is interested i can order a few of them. lemme know.

Just got word local dealer has them for $989+ tax and install..

6-6-88-0630 is the correct part # for PE running boards. Only 12 of them in stock in US right now. Or so my dealer's parts dept tells me.

My dealer says they are on backorder with no expected ship date.

Anyone know what dealer has them in stock to ship out now?

Its a $500 option when ordering with a "customized" buid/car...not sure if its the same for retail.

Talked to my dealer today. The Premiere Edition running boards used to only be available through the parts department on non-premiere vehicles at a price of about $989 plus installation. More recently now you can order them from the factory installed as an option for $500.
