2008 S63 w/perf. pack, 2002 Ferrari 360 F1 spider , 2007 Cadillac Escalade ESV (my Limo)
I got so many compliments on it when I took it to a baby shower this afternoon. The engine roars yet you can barely hear it. I seriously recommend the GL450 to anyone in the market for an SUV. Though it's not great on the gas, the sheer joy and comfort from driving it will amaze you enough to forgo from looking at the gas tank. No sluggish acceleration, and what a stature it oozes.
Try driving an Escalade or a Denali or Suburban, Thats why I only use my Escalade as a limo, and since I love to drive my MB's I don't use it often. I think in comparison to other large SUV's the gas mileage is fine. You guys must be coming from smaller engines or japanese made SUV's 
. Try owning a car like a Ferrari, not only bad on gas but a small gas tank. Oh and congrats, enjoy !!!

Thanks Nevada and Blazing...I really like this SUV, so no buyer's remorse here guys, at least from my side. Maybe my pops feels different? He really had his heart set out on the S550 but I guess that'll have to wait a few to 6 months...

Speaking of S550's...I see so many now its a bit painful....no, I don't think they're ugly nor do I hate em, its actually the exact opposite, they just look SO good it makes me go

It looks great!! White really shines on the GL, especially with the chrome additions with whatever package it comes with.
I also just realized. You're almost as bad as MBWorld with the Christmas decorations. I swear, it was almost Christmas again by the time they took them down.

You have incredible attention to detail! I bet I've looked at that picture 3 or 4 times, and the only thing I saw was the truck.

Sweet looking ride, that color looks great. But, two things. One - You really name your cars? and two - come on DaCeptakon get those christmas lights down its spring dagnabit

) we call that a late snow. Thank goodness! This is how 18" can melt in just a couple of days. If it snows after the 4th of July, it's an early season snow and we start getting excited about ski season all over again. Yes, we're all a little whacked out here at Elevation.

I was in Durango, CO over Labor Day weekend in 2004 and it snowed. Oh, I was on my motorcycle...snow on a motorcycle isn't fun.

Yea, I think our next car will be white also! The coupe has gray interior so we couldn't keep the exact same but the exterior, white looks really good on the GL as well as the G.
The lights guys - damnit, thought you wouldn't notice them, perceptive *******s! Yes I really name the cars. We had a 2001 Camry with 140K miles on it and we call it Chuck Norris

That's a nicely done coupe my friend. I wanted to get some wheels for it, but I think that it looks good as is so spend the money on clothes & gambling instead!
