Garage door opener sync...
I had a problem with syncing the garage door opener but not the gate. Tried and tried. Finally I put in a new battery and synced the first try. So if you are having a problem try a new battery.
Also, on removing those ugly labels on the sun visors. The warning label about roll-over will come off pretty easy in one piece. The other one is a dog but just takes some patience. Get one end started and peel back the plastic cover. This leave the color and printing in a very sticky state. With your thumb start pushing the sticky stuff and it will lift off the visor surface. Keep doing this from different angles and it eventually will end up in a ball. Use some goo-gone to clean off any residue. Did both in about 10 minutes.

I need to see the visors sans the stickers. They replaced both of my visors so I am OK with the way they look but have to admit that those stickers don't look too great.

Haven't received my GL 320 CDI, so haven't tried this on it, but have used this process on numerous M-B's....
Lay a piece of black duct tape over the label, make sure it sticks real good to the label, then simply pull off the tape and the label comes with it. When I get my GL in a few weeks, I'll try it and let you all know how it gooes.

The other labels are like a decal. When you pull off the plastic top piece, the label itself is still on the surface of the visor. I said oh,oh...but then I started to "thumb" the sticky decal-like stuff and it started to ball up. I then realize I could do this until it was all in one place and remove it, then clean up any remaining with the goo-gone. I used that very sparingly because I was afraid it might effect the vinyl surface of the visor.
