Upgraded your wheels? I am looking for your original wheelset!
Any help would be appreciated. Instead of letting them sit in the garage, they could be on the road for 30,000 miles a year.
PM or email me if you have any ideas.
Just FYI, if I didn't get the GL I was seriously looking at getting a Sprinter, the newer model (the dealership I visited had the newer one for slightly less than the older one, both on the lot at the same time!) so I'm a Sprinter fan. Not that I am suggesting you do what they do, but Midwewst Automotive Designs (www.midwestautomotivedesigns.com) has done some really cool stuff with the Sprinter to make it into limos, personal use custom vans, etc. One thing I am not seeing on their site is wheels.
Have you tried eBay for some wheels? What are the sizes a Sprinter can take? I think that'd be my #1 suggestion, is to check there and see if someone has something that will fit and is flashy.
Good luck to you!

I don't think I could ever get aftermarket rims for it. I am pretty rough on vehicles, and it gets borrowed a bit, so I would rather have something that has a good stock of replacements at decent prices. Oh yeah, I live in a townhouse and I have to basically park it in a lot because nobody makes a garage big enough for it!
It's an awesome vehicle though. The new ones are even nicer.
The factory wheel spec is basically 5x130, with at least a 60mm offset. The same as the GL wheels, I believe. In fact, they are about the only larger alloys available that are rated to the load capacity of the Sprinter.
