Grille damaged from freeway debri
I am looking for options for the grille for our GL450. I have to wait and check see how much insurance will cover then I will decide how much I want to spend. I have grill guard which ironically did not save the grille but did save my hood and windshield. I don't know what it was. But it did damage the grille. I found this. what you guys think? It is about $1,540.

there are some oem grilles on ebay for $150 now

ebay ones for 150 are used and slightly damaged. I know the aftermarket grille is little too expensive for what it is worth. I think I am gonna go with OEM.

Ok. I missed the new one there for $275. Looks like you can fix it yourself inexpensively and avoid a claim.

Sacramento Dealer was quoting me $386. I could not wait any longer and already have an insurance settlement. I have already bought one from http://www.mbonlineparts.com for $250 including shipping. It is very simple installation and GL is back in its original condition. Thanks you all for input/recommendation on aftermarket grill and ebay.
