Upgrading 2007 fog lights

Has anyone upgraded their 2007 black round bezel fog lights to the chrome oval bezel style found on the newer trucks? I need to research it more, but they look like they would fit. I think it's just a light and bezel replacement. I have seen the lights on eBay, but not he chrome bezel.

There are step by step instructions and part numbers in this forum. It is a simple modification that gets rid of some of that gray plastic. The only thing I would caution you on is that changing the fogs to the oval reflectors will spread the light out. They are helpful for turning but it will significantly diminish the capability of the lamps when used in the fog. If you need good fog lights, I would not do the modification. Otherwise it is a great modification.

So upgrading to the LED style I'm readying will be a litle expensive, I think uprading to the chrome oval style will be much easier and definateley cheaper. I would alsomost thing the wiring harness would be a fit without any changes. I need to price out the parts.

I have a pair of the oval fog lights, complete with the chrome surroundings for sale. They are in perfect working condition, and like new.
