4-bike carriers ?
Anyone have recommendations on a trailer-hitch mounted bike carrier that holds up to 4 bikes? I saw some as cheap as $75 to a few hundred. Use will be very occasional. Thanks!

Search for Thule T2. It can be expanded to four. I have it and it also sold at bike shops, sports chalet and online. I had two rack ($350) and now I bought the add on from Sports chalet for 229$. I am very satisfied with it. It tilts back to open up the rear door on the SUVs. Also have individuals locks for each bike. Little expensive though. check it out if it suits you.

I have tried a number of racks, but I love most the features of the racks offered by www.hitchrider.com
You won't be disappointed, my current rack is over 5 years old, and still performs as if new.

My buddy has a Kuat. These are expensive, but very well built and great features. Plus accomodates all types of bicycle frames.

Thule 964 Revolver. Holds 4 Bikes in hitch style rack and swings to the side to allow liftgate to open without removing bikes from the rack. A little price but worth it for the convenience.

While you guys are at it, maybe you can look into signal light repeaters so we have a clue about what you are doing on the road.
