Where are you?
How cold is it?
Is that cranking time or are you including the time where the glow plugs are on before the crank?
Are you guessing or timing with a watch?

if your truck is a 2010 right about now is a good time to have the battery checked as those are consumables on all mb vehicles and especially on the diesels.

Warm weather is hard on batteries. My 2008 got a new battery (previous owner, Texas environment) in 2012.

If you have a 4yr old battery in that heat, you probably need a new one. I recall someone once told me batteries last 3 years in Houston heat (as someone testified to in an earlier post)
If the battery doesn't solve it, look at the glow plug module. They fail and stop working. Most times they set an error code/check engine light, but not always.
Change the battery and see how things are. If that doesn't solve it, then it's the glow controller.
