Is there an X164 AC system reset procedure?

I've found reset procedures for other models, but nothing that is X164 specific. I've tried what I can find online with no indication that it is working.

Thanks. Just another day, and another problem with this GL. I feel like I'm living in the lap of the luxury mechanic.

Is there no procedure?

I don't have the answer for you, but you just posted the question this morning and are already asking again. Give it a few days for others to see it - you don't want to come off as impatient. If there is a procedure and somebody that knows it sees your post, they'll say something.

Holy cow that's strange! I posted that days ago. Even my statistics page shows it posted at 8:07AM on May 7th.

That is definitely weird. Gotta luv technology! Is the "stat" page something different? Meaning, all I can see is the date/time stamp on your actual post... but there's something else called a "stat" page? As you can probably tell, I don't much about that!

Same here!

Did you find out how to reset it yet? I am having problems with my AC as well. Right on summer time and AC broke.

The only method to adjust the HVAC of this type of Mercedes is with the Star Diagnostics. I never found something like it is present on W210 class, unfortunately.

thanks for the reply. I decided to trade it in for a GLC since the kids are now bigger and only require a booster seat. The GL has too many problems.

I agree with you, I have one but it is parked in my garage for more than one year due to the many electrical problems it has.
