Delivery status "Loaded on Rail" 2.27
So here is the breakdown for the others in this torture chamber....
2/21 Production Started
2/22 VIN issued
2/27 Loaded on Rail
Arrival at West Coast dealer???
Dealer rep is saying 10 to 15 days.
Any thoughts on when I should expect arrival at dealer?
Over/Under bets?

Mine was "released to carrier" on 2/22, but then on Monday there is an entry saying "Vehicle ETA changed" and no other info. Talk about torture.
The dealer still expects it soon based on their recent experience, so they called today to finalize the paperwork and asked for me to bring my car in for the trade appraisal. They know that I want to take delivery about 5 minutes after the car hits their lot!

One more thing: my car (complete with the VIN) is now listed on my dealers website inventory. Of course my dealer doesn't list individual options on the site so I can't confirm that it has everything I ordered.
My SA is using this as a reason to expect it very soon.

If they use the same system as my dealer it will be soon now that it's on their website. Mine was there about 2 days before arrival. I could tell it was configured right because the sticker price was accurate to the dollar of what I ordered.

Jim, hopefully you're right. It was reasuring that the prices match up. And for whatever it's worth, the dealer has the certficate of origin already, so I'm going on saturday to finalize the paperwork.

Ot/OP - you haven't mentioned any reason NOT to trust your dealer's judgement - since they have prior experience with their estimated delivery time from Vance.
Personally - my opinion - I would say 10 days is probably "too-unhealthy-optimistic" and I would guess that 15 days more realistic.
Goes on rail, then to regional center, then trucked from regional center to your dealership

The experience with my dealer is the 'under commit/over deliver'. Nothing wrong with that. So when they give me a time they usually beat it by a bit.
