My 2015 GL 350 is nearing 50k miles and I'm looking to buy extended warranty. Can anyone give me approx cost of Mbenz Extended Limited Warranty for 2 years/75000 miles? Again it's 2015 GL 350.

Follow up..........was quoted $3350 for 1 year/75000 ELW and $3975 for 2-year/75000 ELW. Price includes sales tax.
Is this competitive between dealers? Can I expect them to negotiate the price?

Not additional 75k miles. The ELW extends the factory warranty to 5 years/75k miles whichever comes first.

If you own the car and you plan on selling it not long from now, You really are to consider a longer-term and more mileage coverage. These are minimal terms, the marginal cost is small to go further and when you go to sell your car it will have coverage. Think beyond what you consider necessary for yourself. This will give you a selling advantage compared to others. if youre just gonna trade it in for wholesale price it doesn't matter. This is relevant for retail sale, will give you a significant advantage over a car that no longer has any coverage.

Yes, good ideas for future consideration. I normally just trade it in for the new model at the dealership, with mileage well under 100,000 K.
