Check coolant level see operators Manuel
Also I got the engine area high pressured wash and steamed with the electronics covered because of rat poop pee. Could the high pressure and steam under the hood cause this problem?
thanks

I had the same issue about a month ago. Turned out to be a cracked Y pipe that connects to the turbo. Hopefully that's not the case for you but it is a common problem.
do you think it could be a rodent damage? There was rodent pee and poop and even found nesting under the hood
dealer noted this is a very common issue on the x166
i do suspect that the W166 have similar issue since the X166 and W166 are similar

That makes sense, either way the GL is still under warranty so i'll have them take a look at it to be sure the y pipe isn't cracked. Hopefully, its just a top off.
The turbo line that leaks is ridiculous, it's a plastic part that bakes from the heat and fails, and the new one is just the exact same part. I've seen higher mileage trucks have it replaced twice already. There needs to be a part revision for this or they will keep failing.
I had a fun bout of coolant issues with my old VW. The leak on that one was so slow it never made it to the garage floor and took about 6 weeks to reach the low level warning. I was having flash backs to that when I saw the low level.
