Gl450 2013 push start/stop button not working!
bought the car in 2013 and it has keyless go feature and push start/stop button also. Recently it doesn’t allow me to unlock/lock the vehicle with a touch on the door knob. I have to use my key to press it to lock and unlock. My push start doesn’t work either so I have to take out the button and insert the key(old school)!!! Anyone could help???

I had the same issue. Changing the batteries solved it.

A weak battery will still allow remote locking but will disable keyless go. Replace the key batteries and see what happens. Next step is a dealer visit.

My guess is that the Keyless Go antenna has either gone bad or become disconnected....if it's not the key battery. That antenna is located in the center console....which would have to be removed to get to it. It's literally only a 5 minute job to get the center console out. Here is what the antenna looks like:

After you take out the center console, turn it over. In the middle of it up by the back of the cup holder is the antenna (about 2 inches from the cup holder assembly). There is a little wire (brown, IIRC) that comes off of it with just a pinch, and the antenna easily slides out. Reference the eBay picture I put up earlier and you'll know exactly what to look for.

GREAT NEWS! I solved the problem of my Keyless Go not working. It always worked, but just randomly stopped. So I searched everywhere for a solution but only found vague "Must be the module, antennae, remote, etc"
So, I took a chance and just started digging around in the back of my 2013 GL450 where I gathered was the module. It wasn't easy to get in there, and I'm sure I broke a couple of the plastic fasteners. So please be careful when you're doing this. I started by removing this panel (circled in red) and then just unscrewing some torx screws, and then some larger torx bolts behind the small tan panel inserts (circled in yellow).
I just went for it, so it was a little bit of a mess...
Anyway, I found this metal mount secured with 4 nuts (10MM) closer to the rear driver's door that had 3 different devices on it, and on the bottom side was this guy, part #A 166 900 16 01. I had previously taken this apart about a week and a half ago and then went on eBay to order another one.
I took a chance on a used one, having no idea if mine was faulty. There wasn't any evidence of any type of moisture of anything. Also, I need to note that there are two different modules that I believe look like they fit here, but one of them doesn't have 3 connections to it, only 1. So if your car has keyless go, make sure you get the one with three different wire harnesses connecting to it, in my case it was the part # 1669001601 otherwise, you'll get just the keyless start function (but I'm not 100% sure even that would work if you get the wrong module). I paid about $73 on eBay for the part, and I think there are probably many sellers that dismantle these cars and part them out.
I just disconnected the wires on the old one and hooked up the new one. Before I put everything back, I made sure to check, and to my delight, it worked! The unlock/lock feature on the handles, and the keyless start worked beautifully. No reprogramming or dealer needed.
Hopefully this will help some of you all who are wondering if it is worth taking it to the dealer or not.
Total cost is $73, and about an hour of labor. (two times, one to check the part number, and one to take the panels off again and install it). Good luck!!

I had a similar issue, one key worked, the other did not. Changed the battery, etc. I ended up keeping an independent to scan or reset the computer, works fine. Also, fixed the trunk, and steering wheel. The trunk would not open/close automatically, and the steering wheel was stuck at the highest point.
