The settlement is divided into many different subgroups so you’ll want to find the one that applies to 2013. (FWIW, I posted that specific letter simply as an example that would cover the majority of X166s.)

FWIW, you don’t receive a new warranty document as far as I know. My service rep told me the warranty is automatically recorded in the MB service database just like a new car warranty would be. It’s there when the dealer pulls up your vehicle.

If nothing else, the receipt from the emission work would document the AEM has been performed.

Did you ever get the AEM? Did they do the timing chain?
