- Update: As you are aware, MBUSA is experiencing challenges with the availability of semiconductor components due to the worldwide shortage. This has caused the addition and/or removal of certain options on vehicles. A summary of recent changes is below: Limited availability of AIR BALANCE (P21)
- Updated price of Load Sill Protectors (D26)
- Pricing for MANUFAKTUR paints updated for MY22
- MY22 MSRPs added for Mercedes-Benz models
- Orders and production scheduling for MY22 AMG GLS63 are suspended.
- Orders and production scheduling for MY22 GLS580 are suspended.
- Update: As you are aware, MBUSA is experiencing challenges with the availability of semiconductor components due to the worldwide shortage. A summary of the changes is below: Wireless Charging, Augmented Video for Navigation, and Dashcam are subject to limited availability
- AMG Line and Night Package now available for ordering on GLS 450

- Augmented Video for Navigation (U19) and Dashcam (21U) have delayed availability.

2020 S560 Coupe & 2018 GLS63 AMG
Some dealers are being giving allocations for GLS63's now. My local MB dealer received 3 allocations a couple months back and said they are expecting to receive 3 more around August - October time frame.
I currently have a 2018 GLS63 and had been debating upgrading to a new 2022 or slightly used 2021. Then I saw all the crazy markups on the nearly new 2021's by the dealers. The dealers around here have had a couple 2021's with 5k to 10k miles on them. Original sticker was in the $140's and they had them marked up $20k OR MORE. I happened to reach out to my sales rep about something else and mentioned these markups. That's when he told me about getting those allocations to be able to order a few. I am now locked in to be able to order if/when they get another set of allocations. Unfortunately there are two others in front of me, so as long as they get 3 allocations again, I will be all set. And they are not marking up the price for prior customers on these allocations.
So fingers crossed that they get 3 more later this year. Probably won't receive it until end of this year or early next year though. But anyone interested in getting one should reach out to their dealer and see if they have any allocations left or possibly coming in. My dealer also had a couple allocations left on the GLE 63's as well, but my wife wants her "big car" lol.

greetings--do you have access to the 2021 Order Guide still? Curious as to whether the curve control was standard on the 21 model year GLS 63

Won’t show up on an order guide but no. Curve control is a part of the E-Active Body Control tha’s an option on the GLS580. The GLS63 uses something called AMG Active Ride Control+, and while it uses the 48v battery and is electronically controlled for active anti roll just like e-ABC, it does not offer a number of features that e-ABC has, Including the camera Road scan, the free drive assist, and individual wheel control, and unfortunately curve control.

2022 Mercedes EQS 580
Does anyone know why they aren't telling us the tire width on the rear tires for the 3-rd row package cars? Are they putting narrower tires on the back than the front to make room for the seat? or are they putting wider tires to support increased weight at the back? Are there any compromises?

Yes-successfully accepted-- a Nov 22 build--saw all GLS63's starting 2nd 1/4 will be designated 2023MY--(hopefully) Only augmented reality and dash cam currently on hold
