quick update. Vivid Racing customer service is really bad...

no other way to describe it.

Their communication is terrible. they have a CS phone number, but you'd be lucky if they picked up. email usually is a 2 day turn around time.

Also they shipped me the vividracing tuner box after i had complained to my Credit card company about no updates, even though i was charged.

And then... i received the shipment, and of course they send me the wrong product.

We would like to some feedback from our customers. We do have a number of reviews for the cla250 box which is the same as the GLA. Please let me know if you would like to see some results from that.

Yes, I would like to see results since the engines are the same, correct? I'm currently having issues with the vehicle shifting too soon like most owners at low speeds. For example, I'm driving at a speed of 20-30 mph and the transmission has shifted to 5th gear, which doesn't seem right. Apparently there is a transmission update, but my dealer informed my vehicle have all the current updates, which I don't believe.
I'm wondering do your product improve performance and address shift points on the transmission?

Can this be used in conjunction with SprintBooster?

does the sprintbooster change timing or boost? or is it just a setup to speed up the drive by wire throttle?

It is only used to enhance Throttle (intercepts signal from gas pedal, & enhances/remaps to remove throttle delay)

Then the piggyback VRtuned should work
