I bought it from a non-Mercedes dealer, as It was an awesome deal I couldn't pass up. I have a few questions I was hoping to get answered before I go to the dealership next week to get it serviced.
It has 11,000 miles on it. The previous owner did not have any records for it being serviced. The cpu was reset stating service was performed. I am still going to take it in anyway to get the A service to be safe. While I am there are a few other things they can take a look at.
1. A few Threads from middle of last year I saw were about this, but my Trackpad on my Steering wheel and my main trackpad does not work with Android Auto. My last update states it was 3/1/2020. I am hoping an update at the dealer will solve this issue? The Mercedes app is buggy as well (rarely will it lock/unlock doors) So I am hoping the update fixes this. My previous car was a 2016 C class , and that app was a PITA since the minute I got it.
2. Under the trunk cover, there looks like there is a lot of space for items but it essentially came empty. What usually comes standard in those paces that might be missing that I could replace?
3. Are there any aftermarket LED door projector lights that fit the GLB out yet? Loved them in my 2016 C300 but looks like the GLB has a different design
Thanks, so far I am really digging the car and its options. I'll post pictures in the picture thread in a bit.

1. I have not experienced any issues with the trackpad or steering wheel control. There is really no reason to go to dealer for an update anymore on new MB's. If you did not download Mercedes Me Connect, I suggest you do and add your vehicle. Mercedes models with MBUX system have over the air updates, similar to Tesla. At least in US, last Mercedes Me app update added a Vehicle Software Update function, where you can see last update and even get direction how to run update directly from your car.
2. I have 2021 GLB 4matic and the only thing that was in the trunk compartment was a tow hook. I believe in EU they add a portable compressor and/or can of FixAFlat. I saw thread on this forum where people just buy a small compressor and a plug kit, since the tires are runflats.
3. I tried aftermarket LOGO LED's for the front doors and they were garbage. Returned them and installed MB OEM star Logo LED instead (it's about $100). Much happier with them.

Awesome, thanks for the feedback.
1. Yeah, I have downloaded the new Mercedes Me Connect, and added my vehicle. It connects, but only can browse through with my touch screen. Everything on the app states it's up to date, but the MBUX system hasn't updated since early "this" year.. hmm.
2. Same here.. Good, that makes sense. Mine are runflats as well.
3. That's what I figured. Are the OEM plug and play (Easy to install?) and any suggestions on where to get the right ones instead of going to the dealer and paying an arm and a leg?
Awesome, thanks for the feedback.

3. I got mine on ebay from MB dealer. Paid around $100. You can check with your local dealer, I think local dealer wanted around $150. It will take you about 10 minutes to change them both. There are some videos on youtube. I used plastic pry tool and a small flat screwdriver. The trick is to pry from left side on both doors, since the wire connection is on the right side.
Awesome, thanks for the feedback.

Make sure that all your Services are Activated. You can check through website or through Connect Me app. If using the app, click on the 3 lines on upper left corner, then click on your vehicle, and you should see option for "Manager Services". Once you click on it, you should see what services are activated.

I checked.
They all appear to be activated. One thing I did notice is the "Smartphone Integration package and the software updates are active, but won't let me toggle them on or off. Wonder if that has anything to do with it?

It is normal that some of the services cannot be turned off manually. Few things I noticed. It appears that your "Remote vehicle diagnostics" and "Service Management" are deactivated. You have to turn them on. Second based on the screen shot it appears to be a non US based services. Is that correct? In US, Smartphone integration package is included and is not even an option to select.
If that fails. Try updating software manually from the car. Menu/Settings/System/Software Updates.
It won't let me turn on Remote Vehicle Diagnostics, nor Service Management. It (I) am in the US (Georgia). I have tried updating in the car itself and it doesn't show any available updates.. :-/. Weird. I am hoping a free "Dealer Update" since it's under warranty will fix this, as I am stuck. Thanks again for the help.

At this point your only option is the Dealer. Maybe the loaded software is for the wrong country.
Please update on your progress in case someone else have this issue in the future.
To start with.. It seems quite fishy of the previous owner to just reset the Service Record and not actually getting it serviced.
Service A is quite an important one since thats the first time car's liquids get replaced post Engine Run-in (although Benz Engines come after Run-in straight from factory) in addition to getting all hoses and electrical wires getting inspected.
I dont know how its in the US but myself based out of EU, we do have software updates via OTA but we dont have OTA updates for upgrading MBUX as a whole. And it seems to me thats what you need first. (i think 081 is the latest one) its not possible via OTA since the dealer too takes 4-5 hours to update that.
Regarding "what comes in trunk" then.. i got a compressor, a small cylindrical device to takecare of small leaks. tow hook and a small foldable basket that you can use in the trunk for your quick grocery storage.
Congratulations for your quite capable mini SUV (yes i have done serious offroading and car camping as well in it) :-) and if i would be you.. i would take the car straight to Mercedes dealer and get the service done, get the software updated and ask him to configure the ME app so that all the available service gets activated since few ones need dealer to authorize you in their system.

Happy Driving mate!! :-)
Awesome, I appreciate it. Yeah, they said they had it serviced, but not at the dealer, (Why wouldn't you get services at the dealer at least for the 1st few years? ) Here in the US if a Mercedes dealer services it, it shows on the Carfax, and nothing showed up, so I am going to be on the safe side and get it done at the dealer ASAP (1st of next week). Thankfully it doesn't have too many miles on it. Looks like I may have missed out on my foldable basket in the trunk. ( I am not worried about the compressor since I have run flats, so that's not too bad. So far I am loving it.
Hi David. Like you my last MB was a C350. Loved it. Bought my 2020 over a year ago and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I know it’s not a high end MB, so I expect some less than perfect performance. (I also have a CLK430 that reminds me of the joys of the V8). The GLB 250 is a great little suv, drives nice, like the toys, and it is quieter than the C.
in the trunk I cut a piece of plywood to fit in the lower section, put the extra carpet piece on it, and keep my constant travel items in there. Then the original top piece is level with the tailgate, and has a rubber mat with sides. Works well for me. I’ll thy to post some pictures.
Enjoy.
