Is there another dealership you can go to after delivery? I would not be going back there. Might want to consider talking to a regional rep with Mercedes. They should not be representing Mercedes.
I just remembered something that might be relevant to JEVA ... I recall when I placed our order and put down our deposit that the sales manager said that cars that were customer order cars were treated differently than cars simply destined for dealer allocations. He used the term "priority one" to designate customer order cards, but that might have just been his lingo. He said priority one cars were handled differently logistically and tended to move more quickly through the shipping cycle whereas the regular allocation cars tended to have more logjams. If this is true, I wonder if it could be that they never designated JEVA's car as a customer order car, and is therefore moving less quickly through the system?

I agree. When I ordered my car. I was told there was 3 priorities for cars. Sold cars were priority one and were handled different from other cars. My dealer showed me this on NetStar with my car.

Yeah heard same thing. Sold cars go first and I saw the computer and mine was marked as sold in NetStar.

There was something more going on with mine but no one seems to have an answer yet. Other than giving me an explanation (which I'm told is coming), all of my expectations I set forth have been met (basically the car is en route) although the compensation piece has not been acknowledged but not quantified. Supposedly they are working with MB to figure that out. Why they can't make an executive decision is beyond me but so far par for the course so it doesn't surprise me.

When we were tracking my wife's X1, it took a few days for the tracker to update to show that the ship was in port. In fact, halfway across the pond, updates stopped altogether. I thought they would resume once near the coast but no. Not sure if this is typical or not but with mine finally inbound, I'll get to watch another ship and see.
Our problem is, we want the black AMG wheels shown in the pic I will attach. I can't find anywhere any that will fit the GLC300 with the right offset. We didn't like the black accent wheels as much. I also wanted to find in 18 inches so I wouldn't have to buy new tires.
I ordered mine on 02.25. To start with, dealer modified his stock order of 02.10. I can see two major updates - PRIORITY SET TO 1 and SCI SET TO (C)LIENT which ties to what richmond said and priorities regarding delivery and maybe production as well.
Mine was B0 on 03.10, B1 on 03.29 and B3 on 04.04

Just got word that ours is to start production on Apr. 15th. Given 35 days transit to the west coast, US, I'm assuming we'll take delivery in mid June. Sound about right?
I would say end of May first part of June. My guess.
My build date was March 3. Add 35 days and you get April 7. My car is on the MARGUERITE ACE, due Long Beach April 30: more like 58 days. There was, however, about a week delay in the English Channel waiting for the weather.
A bit off topic but while I'm waiting for my car...My wife picked up her new X1 this week. I wasn't that thrilled about it at first but it's a pretty hot little car. They find a bigger engine to put in there and it could be seriously fun. Anyway, it looks very sharp.

That's the reason I'm moving to a MB. The interior of the new BMWs are unchanged from my 5 series which is coming up to 4 years old. When I get a new car I want it to feel new, that's something I can't get with BMW 4 years on.
