I would. They're actually one of the lamest sources for reviews. They're complaining about 4-cylinder only power when it is well known in the industry that more GLC variants are coming. Yeah that makes them pretty dimwitted IMO.

I actually ordered my car way back in late June! I couldn't even select all the options at that point. We just put the order in for whatever the ordering system would take (which was not much), got the order number to reserve a build and then as things got released/clarified/priced over the following months we added in and tweaked the options and packages.

I ordered mine last month. Build date is Dec. 6, delivery January.

GLC's started to be released to carrier's today/Tues... the migration to your dealer's is in process... quite a few stacked up, will take a bit to get them peeled off and out to you.

Thanks. The VPC that serves us is only 4.5 hours away. Hopefully our car shows up quickly.

I called our sales associate Monday, he told me that a Mercedes will have a specific release date for everyone. Not sure if this is correct or not. He is not patient or forthcoming with information. So I am just trying to keep up with the scoop. I am glad we will hopefully be getting them sooner than mid December though.

As I posted earlier, my dealer let me know about 8:00 AM this morning that Mercedes has finally released the GLC and that they would start being delivered to dealerships across America. And the post above confirms they are now being put on trucks to head to dealers.

For all of us who have patiently (or not so patiently) waited for our cars, there is light on the horizon.

That's great news, so yours told you that you would be able pick yours up as soon as they get it in? That's awesome.

Yes, that's what they said. As soon as it arrives we can get it. I predict some of us here will have them by the weekend.

My dealer said Mercedes sent a bulletin on Monday indicating that the release of the GLC's to inventory will be mid-December. Did something change after Monday? And some good news my GLC shows as docked and VPC received in Baltimore!

Evidently it did as my dealer and other's are being told that Monday night, Mercedes notified them the GLC's were being released and one poster said they are now loading them on trucks to head to dealers. I guess we'll see if any actually show up this week in the flesh. My experience is once your car arrives at the port, it takes about a week to get through the VPC process, then loaded on a truck and delivered to your dealer.

The latest updates of "As the GLC Turns" got me real excited! I cannot wait to see you all, who put in your orders so long ago, start to get your GLCs and see the pictures! I only put my order in on Oct 10 and back then the dealer said I should have it in "late November" which got updated to "maybe the first week of December" at the last update I got on Nov 11. I sent a note for a new update this morning. I have some great road-trip memories with my 2013 C300 4Matic but REALLY looking forward to making new road-trip memories in the GLC (and not feeling so crammed in doing so). :-)

My dealer called again this morning to finalize the deal on mine. I'm happy with the price we'll be paying. MB will be eating the last 5 months of our current leased E350 Coupe, plus tinting the window with Nano Tint and adding All Season Floor mats at no charge. They are still expecting ours to show up any day. Fingers crossed they're right.

That's today's installment of "As the GLC Turns!"

I'm not leasing the car, so I can't help you. We're paying cash and hope to own the car for a long time.

Big week next week

Dealer just called. My GLC will be here on Monday and we are doing the paperwork. Would have been Friday but for the Holiday.

Next week we should be seeing lots of pictures of the first arrivals. I will certainly post!

He said the trucks starting rolling this week as for some reason MB was timing December for first deliveries.

Congratulations!!! If you could share the lease rates that would be great. Congrats again and can't wait to see pictures. Hoping to get mine the end of next week.

Spoke with our Sales Associate today and ours will be in on Tuesday at the latest! He didn't offer any extra goodies for our delay. He is trying to get us to come in and do paperwork before December so sales will go on November books. Not sure if that is typical. Feeling excited that we will have it soon.

If the car can't be picked up until December 1st and they want you to sign the papers on the 30th, you're in the drivers seat, so to say. Push them for either a better discount or get some extra's thrown in. You're doing them a favor by getting a car sold on their books on the last day of the month, which helps them, not you. Make them help you.

I am getting more and more excited with each update everyone is getting. Cannot wait to get my update from the dealer. But of course, I REALLY don't have the same right to be anxious as other people are since I only ordered my GLC in early October.

-Waiting in Winston-Salem, NC.
