To be frank - four days ago Mercedes Financial "updated" the November Retail Program guide to include internal November financing rates and lease residuals.
From that Mercedes Financial update - "most" dealers infer that GLC's will now be released this month.
There has not been a release bulletin yet - we shall see...

yup.. we shall see. Anyway the good news is that it looks like the light is green and things are moving now through the supply chain. Only one week left in November and since mine will arrive in December, it will be December numbers. Hopefully the Dec rate and residuals are more aggressive in an effort to move cars prior to year end. If not then I will just buy it.
btw - just for fun while waiting, this weekend i drove the new 2016 BMW x1 (actually pretty nice, and a huge improvement but you could tell it was their entry level car), a 335i (just not the same 3 series I grew up with, great - but just felt oddly disconnected from the driver and an instrument cluster that looks like $10 bucks), and a 2016 VW GTI Autobahn with PP (to be honest with all the CarandDriver love fest over this car, I was ready to be blown away. but I was not.. big in your face dash (you look at it not over it), oddly fake sounding engine noise when pressed, and yes - it's an nice, refined good handling 30k car - and if you have never owned an Audi, Mercedes, Porsche, or earlier model BMW - you would think it was a gift to humanity. Otherwise you think.. yup $30k). BTW the GTI I drove had MSRP of $35.5, when i said I was not interested the manager offered $31k. The car arrived like two days ago. Good time to buy a VW

I didn't even bother going over to VW. And what I found interesting is the room where VW was also had Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, Subaru and Volvo. All Marquis were flooded with people looking and and sitting in the cars. It was as if a magic line had been drawn across the room separating VW. Very few people were looking at them. Very few indeed. I'd like to say I felt bad for VW. But I don't. They made their bed by lying and purposely defeating emissions tests and they're getting what they deserve.

Sorry - from my side I am not allowed to release Money-Factor/Residuals on a forum - I can say MF is attractive and not punitive - residuals are sound and not punitive - and importantly for those moving forward from a existing MB lease/loan - for Nov GLC 5 payment accelerator does apply - which is very sharp....

Has anyone else heard anything about their GLC being released to the dealer? My dealer checked this morning and said they're still being held at the ports. I hope they're wrong, but they certainly have no reason to not tell me something else.

This is the first review I have seen with a release date and epa mpg.

Not sure how credible is the article but the date seems reasonable from all the bits & pieces collected by all. The only question I always had about the EPA theory is that the GLC uses the same power train as the C300 - so they should have all the data needed.

Not sure I would call them stupid, as I thought it was a good review and the first time any review has given epa mpg and a potential date.

And the Roller Coaster continues. Driving to work this morning, my dealer calls and says MBUSA has released the GLC. They expect trucks to start rolling in any day with them and ours should be one of the very first to arrive.
That's today's episode of "As The GLC Churns!"
Tune in later or even tomorrow for the next episode!

If it comes and we get to take delivery, I promise pics. Yes I do. But I'm guessing it wouldn't be until after Turkey day. I'm off Friday, so wouldn't that be the perfect day to take delivery of a brand new GLC?!

Just as long as one of those crazy "mini" van driving shoppers doesn't crash into you on your way home!

Just ordered a GLC 300:
Dakota Brown with black Designo interior
Premium package
MB-Tex covered dashboard
Illuminated star
Blind Spot Assist
Lighting package
Multimedia package
I considered the Air Body Control (air suspension) but my salesperson said that might create a delay and air suspensions are prone to problems, so I went without it.
Build data is first 10 days of January with delivery in early Feb. Got a 3-month extension on my current lease (2013 ML550).
None in stock yet, so I wasn't able to drive it, but all the reviews have been very positive. I'll drive one when my dealer gets one and if I don't like it, I'll just buy my ML, but I'm pretty confident I'll like the GLC.
