Do you use the MBrace smartphone app?
Is this a really useful feature or marketing gimmick? How about the security of this app?
I noticed there is also an app called Mercedes-Benz Roadside. Are you happy with this app?

Never used it on the 2015 C300 so we cancelled it on the 2016 GLC. Didn't even take the free trial since they wanted us to post a credit card.

Basic Mbrace is free for 5 years. The advanced version, for lack of better terms, has a free 6 month trial but you also have to post a credit card to get it. We opted not to do so.

We subscribed to all the packages including extended service/maint. contract. We did not get the LoJack and instead took the MB Secure package.
99% sure we'll stick with the MBrace packages after the trial.

I have found MBrace app to be very useful. We have comand in both our C300 and GLC300 and Send To Benz is a great way to send a destination to your car from the comfort of your living room, and when you get in the car, it's ready to start route guidance.
I also really like the ability to lock and unlock the car with the app. I went to my car to get something and didn't have my keys with me, but was able to unlock the car with the app, get what I needed and lock the car.
Cool stuff for sure.

We just went to dinner and used the MBrace Concierge service by way of the car and they found the restaurant and even uploaded it to the Navigation system. Yes, we could have done it ourselves. But, it was a spur of the moment thing and it was a breeze to do and it was fun.
