Adjustable steering force?

I remember when test driving the glc that the steering force increases as you put it into sport and sport + compared to comfort however since dilivery i haven't felt any difference in steering between the different modes. Was that an option that i didn't get? Or is there something else wrong with my car...

I don't think it makes it turn harder, it's should be just more sensitive to smaller inputs. There are only 2 steering modes - comfort and sport.

But does the steering wheel feel heavier when in sport setting? I rmember when testt driving the steering wheel would firm up and get heavier when i start picking up speed compared to slow maneuvers such as when parking. Or maybe I've just grown incentive to the steering feel...

I've not noticed a difference but haven't been paying that much attention to it.

Sport mode is firmer all around in my opinion while comfort is a lot looser and softer.

A gaggle of MB's
The "different steering feel" - which is different level of "steering assist" in each profile - will be most evident at low speed 0-25 mph - best done is a open parking lot - think of lazy back-n-forth S-turns.

^ This. I really notice the difference between Sport and Comfort when turning at really low speeds, like pulling in and out of parking spots.
