Question POLL: Household demographics of your GLC?

Just thought it would be interesting to see what sorts of people get the GLC.

2017 GLC Coupe
I wonder if coupe vs wagon demographics are different. Probably not enough coupe owners on here

Gotta say, I'm pretty surprised at the (limited number of) results so far .... most people are not married AND not planning on children. Not what I'd expect for this type of car at all....

Thought it made sense to distinguish as between a 1- or 2-person household (with or without kids)

Wow, still "no children, not planning" children is the overwhelming win for this car.... absolutely not even slightly what I'd expect. Typically SUV-type vehicles are associated with families... so hypothesis FALSE!

I don't think voters on this forum are the right sample group. If we sample random GLC owner across the nation will give you different result. I wouldn't be surprised if typical owner have children.

Was gonna trade my old W204 with a facelifted 204 c63 wagon, after I sold my bike last fall. Was sweeping the interwebs for a black/black wagon with no more than 50000 km, when I found the perfect one! The day after I called the german owning it, I was told I was gonna become a dad

So I compromised with the GLC Hybrid. Fiance didn't want another "useless" winter vehicle like the 204.. 4Matic and 320HP is enough I guess!
Wanted the new w205 as a wagon instead, but they don't come with 4matic as a hybrid yet. (Hybrid is allmost 10k cheaper than the 220 diesel)

New tides.

Married, no children, and both mid seventies. My wife has a Evoque and we have chosen SUVs because at our age it's easier to climb up into an SUV than sink into a coupe! Hope this helps.
