GLC 43 Burble on Start-up
Do anyone's car give the burble when you start it in S+?
Mine does not. My c450 and all the C43's let out an amusing burble and grumble when you start them in S+. I'm a little disappointed that my GLC43 does not do this.

Start the car by pitting key onto 2nd ignition before engine cranks. Lights on display will go on. Engage sport+ mode, then turn key to start engine with your foot on loud pedal and you will then smile. It will burble like crazy on start up esp on a cold start.

Bingo, that's the technique to start all the MB vehicles with dynamic select in S+. But when I start mine I get no burble. I've done this 100s of times on my c450 and it burbles everytime, but nothing on the GLC43.

Take it to the dealer and get it checked. Thats not normal. However mine starts retains memory for a few hours so if its switched off on sports+ it will restart on sports+. I am from South Africa so i dont know if the coding of the cars are identical.

Yea, just tried this myself and no burble. My GLA45 had the burble but not the GLC43. Mercedes dropping the ball, hard.

My GLC43 burbles if the car has been off for awhile or cold start in Sport+. I don't drive until the weekends, and even in C mode you get a little burble if the GLC hasn't been driven in a while. I really wish the GLC43 had the performance exhaust option like the c43. I test drove a c43 with the performance exhaust it was like an audible orgy.

You got to be kidding me
Please tell me you are joking, I would be super pissed. Actually, I can't complain because I had got a super deal and I wanted out of my 13 c350 sedan.
The Amg exhaust would have been super cool, it is louder than the GLC stock exhaust, or at least what I heard. I think the GLC43 was louder than a stock C43, I don't know why but the regular c43s I tested vs my truck, the GLC seemed louder?

I have a visit at the dealership coming up. What exactly do I ask for to receive the update which gives the overrun burble and pop?
When I mentioned it over the phone they were clueless and were not aware of anything like that.
