Prepaid maintenance

Does it include tire rotation? I don't see it on the list but it seems that would be a logical item to do every 10k and would hopefully not cost extra.

They rotated my tires at Service A. I have prepaid. Did not charge me.

That's good to know. One would hope they could throw it in given how much the prepaid costs.
tire rotation one would think would be needed every 10k no question

When I bought the contract and asked for details I made the comment that by buying the prepaid maintenance contract I would have no costs whatsoever. The guy agreed. I'll bring that up and see how far it gets me if they don't do it for free. With a shot...

I rotate my tires every 5,000 miles. The OEM's were still shot at 21,000. No suspension problem. The tires were worn even and the same on each tire. Just crappy OEM's.

What size and such tires do you have? What did you replace them with?

I have Bridgestone DriveGuards now. They are 19" and have a 60,000 mile tread and road hazard warranty through Americas Tire. 240 out the door per tire. OEM's had no tread warranty. When they hit the ground they are yours.

Personally I think they drive and handle better. May be because I feel more comfortable with them since it's the wife's car, I do like them better. I don't understand how a company like MB can put a tire on their car with zero warranty.

Agreed but unfortunately they don't appear to be the only ones. I've seen and owned other vehicles that had no road heard or warranty on the first set.

I got a sidewall puncture (that of course was not repairable) on a Lexus at 1,000 miles and was told to go pound sand. I was able to complain and get a new tire free (300 bucks) But it wasn't easy.

Whenever I get a new car now I take it to Americas Tire and purchase a wear and road hazard policy from them. It has paid off. That's how I found out the MB OEM's come with no factory wear warranty. They still sold me the road hazard which paid for itself. My Ford F-350 did have a factory wear warranty available.
