Mercedes Glc hybrid 350e
glc hybrid 350 e low range
Glc hybrid 350e 2017 model. When new maybe 25 km on electricity, now when the car is one year old only 10 km. Is that a common problem ?

Either your battery is going bad or your car is learning your driving habits, which will give you a lower range if you have a tendency to do hard accelerations.

Not really normal, no. The max charge (or, better, the estimated max e-range in km) really depends on your previous driving and can vary as large as ten km (you're in Norway, might depend on hills, lights in tunnels, AC, drivings style).
BUT, but,... having a 2017 350e myself, I have never, never had a max estimated e-range below 20 km (usually after having driven completely electrically on the highway at 120 km/h to work, and that on the coldest of days here), with hybrid driving it is usually 23-25 km, but can be as high as 32 km (although I do not get above 28 km estimates nowadays anymore).
I'd take this up with the dealer Harald!

I had a 2016 GLC300. After a while start/stop stopped working. Dealer said the battery wasn't charged, and that was because I don't drive far enough (my daily commute is 4 miles round trip). Offered to charge it for around $100.
