GLC 300 Not moving forward

GLC 300 Not moving forward
I was at a stop sign, when I released the brake and pressed on the gas to go forward, the car did move forward but very slow and was stuck in D2. No warning lights came on.
Problem went away after pulling over and turning the car off and on again.
Any idea what could have caused this?

one thing I didn’t mention before is that the day prior to the issue, I drove with an almost empty tank, I don’t know if that would have caused any damage.

I don’t think so. I remember clearly seeing “D2” in the display. When you use the manual option, it should say “M2”, right?

For the shifting issue if it doesn't come back it might be a one off, if in doubt you could see if there are any codes stored with a scanner..
