Why the GLC has Patagonia Red Metallic vs C300 has Cardinal?

GLC EQB GLS C300 convertible
Why the GLC has Patagonia Red Metallic vs C300 has Cardinal?
In the past they always had the same Red.

I don't like Patagonia. What do you think?

2023 C Class
They discontinued the Cardinal red on the C Class as well.
2024 C Class will have Patagonia too, see the order guide:

wow... good to know. so if somebody wants cardinal red this is the only year....

then CLE will be potagonia as well.... I hate that...
