Ambient lights in air vents don’t work

Hey all,
just got a new GLC yesterday and noticed today that the ambient lights in air vents (upper part of the dashboard) don’t work.

Any advice?

Do you have enhanced ambient lighting? It is part of a package.

2023 GLC 300, 2021 VW ID4

Enhanced ambient lighting is not available until after 2023. There should be a credit of a little over $200 showing on the window sticker. Parts shortage I was told.

for 2024 you just don't have it without any credit, lol)

It's staerting to show up again on a few november builds, standalone option. But yeah, nearly all 2024s don't have it.

? My 2023 has it. About the only thing it has that works correctly lol.

I ordered mine with 894 last January and it arrived in October without 894!!! of course they charged me for it. I'm afraid it's in the hands of my lawyer. sad!
