2024 GLC300 Stop Sale
Hi all - what do people know about the B-pillar label/sticker recall on 2024 GLC300.... I have an SUV on hold and dealership waiting to "release" it. Anyone know anything about this stop-sale? I can't find any of this online or on their website. Thanks!

Thanks. So, essentially, until NHTSA clears them, they can't be sold -- unless they have the new b-pillar label installed from the dealership? Seems like a huge, huge loss for MB. You'd think they have a better system for thousands of vehicles. Has anyone else had to deal with this since June 2024?

Yes. We bought a 2024 GLC300 from MB Clear Lake TX on Saturday June 22. We were made aware of the stop sale but they said new stickers would be in Tuesday June 25. Nope. After a lot of silence they called Saturday morning July 6 to get the car. Drove it home to Galveston right into oncoming storm Beryl. Tried to get insurance cards but couldn't because of the storm. Still sitting in the garage because we have no power so staying 2 miles away with our daughter. 3 weeks tomorrow and I've driven it twice.
