Just got a message from my Mercedes app saying new OTA is available for download. Anybody know anything about this?

 

Seems like all MBUX 3 powered MBs are getting this, including the C236 CLE and W214 E-Class.

 

installed 3.2.1 on our 25 glc350e around two weeks ago. It was the fist OTA update on this car and it installed flawlessly (much easier than our 23 c300). Seems to be all stability/performance improvements with no noticeable differences or features to the driver. This is hinted at by the x.x.x numbering as larger update versions will appear as x.x.

 

Someone figured out where to find a detailed changelog yet?

I am not sure which ones of the noted above reflect the GLC or any other MBUX screens, it does not denote that where i pulled the info from.

Thanks! Where were you able to access these notes? In-car and in-app does not provide any detailed change log.

 

I actually used Google to find what I put out there, as MB provided no details as you noted anywhere on the screen or in the app.

MBUX 3.2.1 downloaded automatically this week on a new CLE and after that, the music screen has stopped saving favorites. No matter what is done, everytime the car now is started, the favorites are gone even though the user logs in as always.
More importantly, it no longer recognizes the USB drives in any port. Anyone else experienced this? Or knows what to do?

 

What version number do you see in MBUX after the update?

 

Bring your GLC in for service. Either the update didn't fully complete, you have a hardware issue, or other modules also need updates.
