New Pothold Warning?
I'm in the UK - recently manually updated to the latest navigation for the region - driving down a lane near my house yesterday, the navigation said, 'caution pot hole'. Anyone else noticed this?

Not sure about UK, but my vehicle (Canada) has done that since I received delivery April 2024.
Given the state of the roads in Toronto it would probably be more helpful if it notified me when there was NO pothole.

Yup that is normal, it is part of Car-to-X which you pay for through options and you get a 1 year trial if I remember correctly.

As @W205C43PFL mentioned this is a feature of Car-to-X. It uses your and other cars' cameras + sensors to detect potholes and more. These announcements are dynamic which is why you likely didn't receive it before.

Got my first pothole warning. I was driving on light-colored concrete when I heard it. Very soon thereafter I passed 2 potholes which had been filled with black asphalt patch.
